with Honey Ginger Dijon

A combination of crispy apples, creamy brie cheese, and a tangy honey ginger Dijon sauce will elevate an otherwise ordinary burger into something extraordinary.

Vive la France!

  • 1 Double Red Provisions™ pattie
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 ounce brie, sliced thin
  • Three 1/8-inch slices of Granny Smith apple
  • 2 tablespoons honey ginger Dijon (see recipe below)
  • 1 hamburger bun

  1. Season pattie evenly with salt and pepper and place it on a grill or flat top at 350 F.
  2. Once the pattie begins to form juice pockets on the top (approximately 3 1/2 minutes), the burger is ready to flip.
Do not press on the pattie , as it will release important juices and lead to a dry finished product.
  3. Once the pattie is almost done cooking, add the brie and let it melt and then top with apple slices.
  4. Place the pattie on the bun bottom and top it with honey ginger Dijon.
  5. Place top bun to finish the burger and secure it with a sandwich toothpick.

NOTE: Use pre-sliced brie or slice a brie wheel into quarters. Cut rectangular slices as thin as possible. Place parchment paper on a tray and spray with pan release. Lay down a layer of brie and spray the top with pan release. Repeat process in layers; set aside.
