Bruschetta burger


Serve this unique twist on a burger at your next gathering to make your tastebuds explode with delight!


  • Double Red Selection® Cloud Burger
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 slice buffalo mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons beefsteak tomato; chopped
  • butter
  • 3 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 ciabatta bun; buttered and toasted
  • balsamic glaze


  1. Season frozen burger evenly with salt and pepper and place burgers on a 350-degree char grill.
  2. Once the burger begins to form juice pockets on the top (approximately 3.5 minutes), the burger is ready to flip.
    • *Do not press on the burger as it will release important juices and lead to a dry finished product.
    • While burgers are still on the grill, top with 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese and allow cheese to soften.
  3. Spread bun with butter, toast and set aside.
  4. Place 3 basil leaves on the bottom bun.
  5. Remove burgers with softened cheese from grill and place burger on bottom bun, top with tomatoes, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  6. Place the top bun on burger and secure with a sandwich pick.
