  • 1 Double Red Selection™ TRADITIONAL COMFORTS™ pork loin fritter
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 red onion, sliced thin
  • 4 pickle chips
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 bun


  1. Pour enough oil in a large frying pan to cover the bottom, about 1/4 inch deep. Heat the oil to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lay breaded loin in hot oil and fry until the edges turn golden brown (approximately 2 minutes). Turn the breaded loin over and fry for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Pick up the breaded loin with a metal spatula, drain excess oil, and place it on a paper towel to drain.
  4. Spread mayonnaise generously on the top and bottom buns.
  5. Place breaded loin on bottom bun and top it with pickles and onions.
  6. Place on top bun and secure it with a sandwich toothpick.
